After an hour, add the cabbage juice and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, taste, adjust if you need more salt and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Add the bone broth (water) and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are half done. Add the hot cabbage juice (boiled separately, then strained) and continue to boil.

Add the meatballs to the soup, one by one, taking care to place them on the entire surface of the pot and let them boil (about 10 minutes), over low heat or until they are done (when they are cooked, rise to the surface). At the end, adjust the taste of salt and pepper.

Extinguish the fire and immediately sprinkle the mixture of green onion, larch, the rest of the parsley leaves and leave covered for 10 minutes to penetrate the flavors well.

Bring the meatball soup to the table in a bowl, soup bowl or cup.
Serve hot, plain or with sour cream and / or with hot peppers / pickled hot peppers, as desired.
